「There were little stains on the sheets, like of orange color. Other than that, it was a great experience. The staff were friendly.」

「I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.」

「Only complaint, shower needs a deep cleaning and some maintenance. Room needs some insulation to much noise every time. If you’re ok to sleep with steps over your head bed , fully recommend.」

「Check-in was the best I’ve ever had, the gentleman that checked us in was super helpful and ever so informative. He explained everything and left nothing to think about. Captiva Room was so nice, very clean and head everything we could ask for. Property was well maintained and had so many activities and all was included. Ate dinner at Rae’s restaurant which was delicious. Great way to celebrate my wife’s birthday.」
