「Great property and staff. Plenty of activities! Heavy pool usage probably caused it to be "cloudy" water. Only real problem was like so many hotels, the HVAC system created a damp musty smell due to the need for cleaning and new filters. However, would stay again.」

「We had to change hotels last second for an out of town baseball tournament due to weather when our games were moved to Grove. The staff at BW Timberridge were very helpful, we found the hotel clean and comfortable, close to everything we needed, and the pool was nice. We didn't try the breakfast as we were on the run, but the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Thank you!」

「The property looks nice. My problem was with Hotels.com. The listing appeared on Hotels.com, but actually originates on another platform. We arrived 10 PM in pouring rain (a tornado touched down 6 miles away) and found it occupied. The reservation company (40 minutes and 6 phone calls later) said the credit card did not clear, and "we emailed you in December".
