"Good location, friendly and helpful front desk. What sold me on this property was the featured 6000 square foot fitness center so I was disappointed to learn that it was turned into a ballroom a month ago. The pics are still in their marketing material which I think is very misleading. We stayed for 5 nights and only received housekeeping services for one night and that was only after we asked at the front desk, "isn't housekeeping usually included?" The front desk was very accommodating with our luggage storage requirements."

"Short walk to Grand Casino Arena events. Beautiful hotel, valet parking with the valets dressed very classy, and another who opened doors for us. Great experience! "

"Be prepared to spend $20 for parking each day at the local parking garage (more on weekends). Breakfast is bad. Photos of property are probably 10 years old. No microwave or refrigerator. Staff is super friendly and the bathrooms are spotless."

"I didn't know that I'd be checking in with bedbugs or some kind of rodent that had died in the bed. It was brought to the attention of the management team that night that informed me that I should've stayed on the second floor, cause they don't go up to the second floor. "

"My room was clean. Staff responsive. Breakfast and sundry amenities were better than the marketing shows. The parking lot is next to the building, but it's an open lot—not "secure" as their marketing claims. The marketing photos show the good parts of the hotel, and there are some. But there is more photo glitz than reality. The lake view is interrupted by a shoddy paved area, and the lake itself is unattractive. Don't book a lake view or anything on the first floor, since the window louvers (no curtains) aren't private. The general impression is that this is a budget hotel. OK for a brief stay. "

"Perfect for what I needed. In town a few days to visit my daughter at school. Clean priced well. Only complaint was no hot options at breakfast, but no big deal. Will stay again."

"Me and my husband came for a 1 night stay, originally we had a smaller room. The hotel upgraded us on them! The staff were kind and helpful. The hotel was definitely well maintained and worth the stay for Mother’s Day 😇!"
