"Reception staff helpful and kind. Restaurant provided excellent breakfast and evening meals. The gym was small but well laid out with everything I needed. The room was good but lacked a normal table or desk and instead had a weird lounge sofa (totally unnecessary). There was nowhere to eat or use a laptop in the room. I also wish I could've opened a window in my room. The AC was impossible to work out and I much prefer fresh air. The shower was excellent."

"Very friendly and efficient staff throughout the stay and a very comfortable, clean and well presented room. Loved the power shower and the complimentary luxury toiletries! We dined in the restaurant and the food was well presented and delicious. A special mention for Ethan, the excellent barman and waiter."

"Easy check-in. We arrived an hour early as I thought check-in was 2pm not 3pm but our room wasn’t ready but we were able to store our luggage with reception whilst we went to eat lunch. I thought we would have a two bedroom apartment but it was actually two one-bedroom apartments with the adjoining door open. That actually worked well for us as we had more room to put our stuff and relax. The staff were lovely at check-in and check-out. The location is fantastic for shopping, nights out and restaurants. The nearest car park is a 5 minute walk. Only downsides are the shower pressure isn’t that great and there are only two sets of cutlery and two of each types of glasses/mugs etc - would be better to have four of each. Would definitely stay again. "
