"The daytime staff was excellent and very friendly. Unfortunately my experience with the night staff was very disappointing. The walls in my room were extremely thin and I could clearly hear conversations from the room next door. I noticed there was an empty room between two unoccupied rooms and asked the front desk if I could switch since I had not unpacked yet. The night desk employee was very dismissive and refused to help. Because of the noise from the neighboring room I did not sleep at all that night which defeats the main purpose of staying in a hotel. I hope management takes this feedback seriously regarding both the noise issue and the way the situation was handled."

"We were there on a Tuesday and Mon-Th, they have a reception. That night, it was salad, nachos, and a free drink. I didn't need dinner. Also, the hot breakfast had a good variety. The staff was friendly and very helpful."

"They don't expect cash even if you have a card on file. Nothing stated that on the website. Some of the staff was very professional while other not so much. The room had a smell of natural gas when i let them know they said it would be fine. The streaming apps and direct tv on demand didn't work and it took them until the 2nd day to get someone to look at it and then they moved me to another room. They did let me do a late checkout."

"Cons - The internet is TERRIBLE. The reviews don't lie. We didn't end up getting to use wi-fi at all which is miserable. We tried to watch a movie when we realized that we needed a bit more entertainment for little kids and it was getting late and cold, but the sound didn't work between the player and the TV. So that was also a complete bust. Pros - Clean, space for everyone. Could cook a full dinner and had enough supplies to be used. "
