"Having a kitchenette in the room is super convenient, and the hotel is just a nice clean place with lots of amenities. "

Had to move it around from 5 to 20 second to get the door open. The room smelled old. We were there four nights. The juice machine for breakfast was always out of order. The ice machine was out of order. The water cooler in the entry did not have a water bottle, so no drinking water. Breakfast of eggs, sausage, muffins, waffles, cold cereal, etc. was okay. Housekeeping only came to our room once (we had to request that they come) -- emptied the trash cans, fresh bar soap, took dirty towels on the floor. No new/clean towels, did not make the beds."
