「This Baymont could use some TLC. Our bathroom sink faucet was extremely loose and needed to be tightened down from under the sink which didn’t drain well at all. Breakfast selections were poor and the scrambled eggs, meat and gravy pans were completely empty 30 minutes after breakfast opened in the morning. Needed some assistance at the check in/out desk our second morning and the very young girl working that desk didn’t know what to do and asked if we could wait another 15 minutes until the...

「It was a nice place, a little outdated. The staff was great. We had a king bed and it had a clean sheet, fitted sheet that would not stay on. There were ants crawling all over the desk coming in from the window area and the room smelled of smoke. A. Stale smell」

「I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant」
