In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant」

「Nothing fancy, but perfectly adequate! Grounds and rooms were clean and well-kept and staff was friendly. Beds were a bit firm for our preference, but not horribly so. However, there weren’t any blankets on the beds—just the flat sheets and the bedspread. It took a little trial-and-error to get the temp just right for sleeping w/out having a blanket, but we figured it out! “Breakfast” options were very limited, but luckily on this trip, we weren’t planning to eat at the hotel anyway. Worst...

「If I could give 0 stars I would! We didn’t end up staying here because the place was smelly, gross, and out right disgusting! Most notably, there were several questionable characters standing by the check in desk and the check in lady mentioned several times VERY loudly our rm number which is unsafe and very unprofessional. We mentioned this to the neighboring hotel that we ended up staying at and the check in man there said they were likely setting us up to be robbed! He also mentioned there...

「The advertised amenity of a 24/7 available airport shuttle is NOT honest. While staff was kind, no staff was available for trip from airport to hotel, and when I inquired about arranging a ride back, it came with a very narrow window of potential that left me feeling uncertain if I’d be able to use this advertised amenity. Like I said, staff was nice about it, but the availability and reliability of this amenity feels too uncertain to be used as a main advertising point. 」
