「I had a rough stay due to a very large, extremely loud group that kept the halls noisy until about 1 AM. The staff genuinely tried but weren’t able to get the situation under control, and I ultimately had to move to another hotel in the middle of the night. To their credit, they immediately comped my room without any hassle, and I appreciate that they took responsibility.
