"We were really disappointed with our stay. The place was not clean at all — we found hair everywhere, which was very off-putting. The bathroom was dirty and had black bits on the floor, making it feel unhygienic. The freezer was also very dirty, with bits of hair inside it — absolutely unacceptable. "This was a short stay. Though the online registration didn't work until I called, they helped me promptly and it was fine. Everything else was great. Make sure you have a working phone, you mustuse it at several stages to get to your room."
