「Avoid – Terrible Service Our stay was very disappointing due to poor preparation and service. The hot tub—the main reason we booked—was unusable for the first 3 nights of our 5 night stay. On arrival it was without power, the water level was below jets, the water was cold and dirty. Despite sending photos, we were told it had been prepared. 「This is a very beautiful suite, three glass wall with the sea view, huge terrace that you can enjoy the amazing sunset, only one thing that we were not expecting is we can hear the car passing during the night due to the main driving way which is next to us. The rest is prefect, the view is fantastic, the facilities are new, the staff is friendly....」
