"The view was gorgeous! The grounds were also very nice! However, we had to wait an additional hour and a half after checkin for our room to be ready. Once we got to the room it smelled very musty and the door frames and furniture need updating. We wanted a two queen bed suite like the picture showed for booking but instead we were assigned a king and pull out couch suite. Our kids did not sleep well on the pull out couch because it was uncomfortable.
The restaurant was very nice and the food was so good! However we waited for over an hour at dinner to get our food even though we had a reservation.
There were no pool towels for the two days we were there. We would ask for them and were told there were none available both days?!
The staff was very friendly but there seems to be a disconnect between the management of the property and the quality. The staff did the best they could and were very professional and happy at all times despite some of the obstacles! "
