「The room had old furniture and a funky smell some cob webs on the ceiling and although there are signs posted all over the property about smoking near the building everyone would smoke outside their door and the smell of weed was unbearable」

「Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful. I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement」

「Don’t say breakfast is included if walking next door and tipping a waitress for a stack of pancakes is involved. $6 to upgrade to what normally would be included with a hotel breakfast feels scammy. Fix the light fixtures. There’s no excuses for broken / flickering bulbs. Provide more towels in jacuzzi rooms. TRAIN YOUR LACKLUSTER STAFF TO LET GUESTS USE THE ELEVATOR FIRST! Absolutely RUDE to have multiple male staff crowding the only elevator, esp when women & small children are waiting.」
