"El hotel está hermoso, muy limpio, todo está nuevo, por lo que me enteré es que tiene tre meses de abierto, osea es un hotel espectacular, los cuartos son muy amplios y hermosos, tienen cocina y sobre todo estufa, es algo espectacular, el desayuno delicioso, la alberca está increíble y el mar esta como a 5 minutos del hotel, la tienda Walmart y otros restaurantes muy cerca, todo está de maravilla, gracias por todo su hermoso servicio, lo recomiendo encarecidamente al hotel en general le doy 10 de 10, saludos y bendiciones 🥰♥️😍🙏"

"The property was great! I've stayed at several properties in Florida (Orlando & Kissimmee) and I was very impressed with the Sheraton Vistana. Gabriella checked us in and she was extremely helpful and friendly. My issue is with the reservation made through Expedia. While everything was booked and details provided regarding the property and my stay, EXPEDIA neglected to tell me that there's a $31.95 PER DAY charge for parking. As a result, I was charged an additional $223.65 above the hotel confirmation I received. I drove from NC to FL so not having my car onsite was NOT an option. Expedia dropped the ball and needs to ensure that surprise charges like this after presented to the customer PRIOR to arriving onsite and being blindsided."

"I enjoyed my first experience at an Omni hotel. The room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. However, I was disappointed over the lack of ventilation in the bathroom. In addition there weren't any places to hang items in the bathroom. I also thought the hallway corridor lacked sufficient lighting. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay."
