"This is a nice clean property, however the amenities seemed a bit lacking. We had some issues with temperature control in the room, which the staff also had difficulty in rectifying, although they did offer a new room (which had the same issue). The breakfast was ok, but there seemed to be limited options compared to many other hotels of the same caliber (for example the Holiday Inn). The gym had minimal equipment, but the equipment that was there was in good shape. It just struck me as a hotel that was designed with enough space in all areas (breakfast area, gym, and even the rooms) to provide more amenities. The staff were very nice, but it seemed like there were not enough people on shift to manage the building (ie, no maintenance person who knew how the complicated thermostats worked). The location is great and I think if they had more staff and provided some of the expected amenities of other similar chains (like coffee available in the lobby outside of breakfast hours), it would definitely elevate the experience. Hopefully this doesn't sound too picky, bit it's the little things that people appreciate during their stay."
