"Laundry room was convenient to our room and prices for the machines was reasonable. The laundry room was relatively clean. Breakfast was basic but coffee and water were both empty and it took quite a while for them to be refilled. Towels were soft and bathroom was spacious."

"Just a couple blocks off the interstate highway but not noisy. Clean inviting comfortable lobby. Friendly, efficient front desk. Room was pretty basic standard, smart TV with internet access. Rug needed cleaning or at least looks like it. Good standard buffet breakfast. Clean restaurant bathrooms. Good value for the money."

"I thought everything about this property was great except for one small thing.... there was only one ice machine on the 1st floor and it was located across the great room on the other side of the building from our room. I'm not sure why there wasn't one by the vending machines near our room, there certainly was space for an ice machine. But other then that, everything else was great!"

"Traveled to Casper for a conference, I just needed one night in a safe, clean, affordable place. I got what I was looking for, plus a great location close to downtown, quiet stay, easy access to all highways, and riverside view. I saw the mixed reviews and do admit this hotel is a work in progress as they are renovating, but what they have completed is stunning and classy. Beautiful Atrium area with pool and space for socializing. Excellent continental breakfast, everything was well prepared and presented. My King single room was clean and bathroom was spotless. Yes, it is an older facility that they are updating, but what they've done they've done well."
