"We were in town to drop of our son to the University of Wyoming. The location is just a short drive from the university with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. The staff was nice and the room was clean. Beds also comfortable, breakfast had a good selection of food and plenty of parking. The only issue was the firm alarm went off at 7a one of the mornings and kept going off every 5 minutes. Absolutely no direction was given from the staff and we along with other guests were just wandering...

"The only complaint was, no hair conditioner in the shower (it was empty), room darkening shade appeared stuck and wouldn’t lower and the lamp on the bedside table (right side) didn’t work. Staff were great, young lady at front desk on check in and young man when I checked out, great customer service. Bed was very comfortable. "

"Comfy hotel with great customer service. It’s pretty old school and could use some updates but it was very comfortable and the staff was super great. The pool/hot tub was fun but could use a good cleaning. The hotel is right off the highway next to a truck stop so you will hear some noise from that. "
