The floors felt like they have never been mopped. You get 2 very thin pillows per bed. We had to go buy pillows. There were stains on the hardwood. Stains on the mirror. The ac barely works.
Staff was very friendly

2 star hotel but a great stay. Nice hot water with good pressure, comfortable recliner and nice bed. It feels more like a home than a hotel. I appreciated the good service too.
First room assigned (123) felt cold, both literally and figuratively. The room’s wall heater didn’t work on a 5-degree night (my first clue should have been that the previous occupant had it set to 84), the furniture was worn and shabby, and the lighting and uncarpeted floor felt cold and uninviting. Trudged back to the office for a new room assignment and was given 112. Went to room to find that the night manager had failed to program the key. Back to the office I went for a programmed one. Mind you, I’d just driven ten hours, it’s late, and it’s freezing outside. I finally got into the room which was shabby like the first one, with the added feature of a broken inner door shared by the adjoining storage room, a loose roll of TP in the bathroom, a paper-thin sheet and blanket, and a dusty recliner in one corner. The heater in this room worked, however, and the bed was comfortable enough for a night, so I stayed.
The manager noted that the property had just changed hands (the outside signage was still displaying the old place’s name, in fact), but overall it just had this dingey, run-down, rent-by-the-hour-motel feel. I’d wanted to support the local independent lodging option, but fell for the glowing pics in the Expedia listing, and in the end I was pretty disappointed and regretted the decision. Until this place tidies-up, keep on driving.
perfect for what i needed. clean comfortable and very affordable

The room had an overpowering smell of cleanser (Fabuloso). I was afraid it would burn my lungs. It gave me a headache and I woke early in the morning to get out and avoid the irritation.
The gal at the front desk was helpful at check in.
The photo online had no relation to what the room was actually like. The bathroom was clean enough. The floor was dirty and sticky. We had to put a pushpin in the curtain-side to get it to stay closed. The window was "locked" with a section of 2x4. There was no property sign to tell you that you were at this property. There was no one in the office. When she actually did show up, Ashley was very friendly and nice, but had trouble with the check-in procedures. We would not stay here again.
This was bar none the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room was falling apart and dirty. I had to beg the office for any towels. We had ZERO upon check in. When I asked they just kept telling me they were “behind on laundry and no one really did laundry there anyway..” we checked in with less then a 1/4 roll of toilet paper and ended up having to buy our own. No staff were really onsite anywhere. The very brief encounter with them was extremely unhelpful.
After our room was cleaned for us to check in the bottoms of our socks were black from all the dirt on the floors.
Sheets didn’t fit the beds at all. The floor in the bathroom was so water damaged we could see the subfloor.
We were there to move our son into college there so there weren’t any other options to change hotels or we would have. Everywhere was full.
The one positive thing I have to say about this place was one employee named Anthony. He was so nice and helpful trying to get us a room early when we arrived sooner than I expected. That is literally it. I will never stay at or recommend this hotel to anyone.
Didn’t like anything about the place. Don’t feel Expedia has an accurate/fair assessment of the site. Beds looked like they were made up by a 3 year old-blanket/sheets dragging on the floor. No refrigerator or microwave in room and staff looked like they came from a half way house. Overall the place inside and out looked more like a meth/flop house. A/C smelled like old stale cigarette smoke. Unkept and dirty. Decided not to worry about losing the money we lost on room.
No cups or glasses in the room. Room looked really tired and ol

We arrived on a graduation weekend with no ability to move. There was no key or card to lock our door. The manager had left two days before. My husband had a toxic reaction to chemicals used in the room. They said they would reimburse us for the next night we had paid for. We haven’t heard anything.
