「The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?」

「It was close to the airport and with my delayed flight not arriving until 1am it was nice to have a place close by to stay at. I had called and let the hotel i would be arriving late due to my lste flight. They were very friendly and made a note for the night manager that i would be checking in after midnight. I was checked righ in when i arrived and had a very nice clean comfortable room to get some needed rest in.」
