「The front desk staff (Malissa & Seren) & Manager Rose are very accommodating, considerate & kind. Generally, they (including the cleaning staff) are quick to respond to the client’s request. The hotel is what I expected it to be. I love the room’s layout, huge fridge & its well-equipped kitchen. And most of all, it’s dog-friendly. I am definitely coming back very soon.」

「The complimentary breakfast was decent. The staff needs a little lesson on professionalism though. The lady at the front desk composing to us about stressed she was busy whenever we requested house keeping from the front desk. The housekeepers themselves were very rude and kept repeating “housekeeping busy” after overhearing our conversation. All in all, we did receive the service but the interaction was not pleasant at all.」

「Staff was friendly, breakfast was okay, our only problem was the heavy smell in the hotel and humidity levels in the room. It was so humid that everything in the room was sticky and beds, sheets, towels were all “humid” wet.」
