She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and she also helped my MIL when she got lost trying to find her room. She baked yummy cookies for all the guests and always had a smile on her face. We only had one complaint. the whirlpool was only lukewarm. We stayed here because of the whirl pool, so that was a big disappointment."
