「We accidentally booked in Mt. Vernon IL instead of Mt. Vernon VA due to an Expedia glitch. The hotel would not cancel the reservation so we did not stay here and still were charged the full price. Very disappointing. 」

「The property was beautiful and check-in/out was super easy! Would have appreciated clearer directions for the hot tub (what all the buttons mean) but overall, the stay was perfect. Breakfast was amazing as well! 」
