「Terrific. Great location, lovely room, friendly staff. Caveat emptor, though - if you book through Expedia the spa costs extra. It does actually say on the booking page, but it's kind of hidden in the small print. You might think it's a better idea to book through the hotel's own website. I couldn't possibly comment on that.」

「Room was very spacious and surprisingly modern. Quite comfy and quiet considering the construction in the area. Lots of dining and shopping options close by. Very accommodating staff! 」

「There were three people of us and we stayed at Ideal Park for one week. The double room was great but the single room is rather too small. The free Wifi connection is a plus with great variety of breakfast and dinner that us to change the menu everyday. Receptionists were all very friendly and helpful. There was a supermarket and nice icrecream shop nearby. Direct bus to the city of Bolzano was also convenient, Overall, we liked the hotel and would definitely choose to come back next time.」
