「Stayed in a studio apartment. This property is unbelievably well located for central Newcastle - five minutes to Bigg Market and ten to St James Park. Two very large 24 hour car parks are five minutes walk away. All communication was great, check in was super easy and the apartment was exactly as expected. Will definitely use again if I'm back in Newcastle」

The experience was disappointing from arrival: waited ~15 minutes outside due to lack of staff support and found access confusing with multiple locks. The listing was misleading—what I expected to be a self-contained apartment had key facilities (sofas/TV) in a communal area, and the room itself was very small. The shower was lukewarm and the holder broken, so it had to be handheld. The bed was too small for a 6-ft adult....

「Chelmsford loft nummer 5 is een prachtig appartement. Voldoende ruim, super schoon, modern ingericht, alle basisvoorzieningen aanwezig, mooie badkamer en heerlijke grote, fluffy badhanddoeken. De locatie is ook top. 15 minuten lopen naar de universiteit en in ongeveer 30 minuten lopen sta je midden in het centrum.
