「Room was very clean and spacious for 2 of us. Room service staff was very friendly and helpful. Front desk staff was ok but need more pleasant personality. Overall resort is good and definitely return. 」

「For a hotel of this price range, there is no free bottled water in the room. You need to buy it in the lobby. Hope it can be improved.」

「El señor de recepción muy amable pero prácticamente está solo. El hotel está muy sucio. No teníamos jabón de cuerpo ni de manos literal ni salía cuando nos queríamos bañar. Somos 4 personas así hice la reserva y había 3 toallas. La vista del cuarto está bonita y el hotel tiene buena ubicación pero la limpieza y mantenimiento deja mucho que desear. 」

「Only bad thing I would really have to say is that they don't let you know there's a deposit we have to pay for every day we stay, and it's a high deposit. They should notify people as their booking about it. Wasn't able to really enjoy because the deposit we had to leave was our fun money. 」
