"We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a good experience, primarily thanks to its excellent location and the condition of the property. The room was a decent size, though storage space was quite limited, which made unpacking a bit challenging. A big plus was that we were able to check into our room before the official check-in time — a thoughtful gesture we really appreciated. However, there were some areas that could be improved. The room was located close to an air conditioning unit, so it was quite noisy throughout our stay. The staff were generally friendly, but at reception, they often seemed distracted or disinterested in assisting current guests. While they tried to help, it sometimes felt like they weren’t fully listening to our questions or concerns. The biggest disappointment was the housekeeping — room cleaning was virtually nonexistent, and when we did interact with the cleaning staff, they did a poor job. All in all, this hotel’s location and early check-in were definite highlights, but the service, especially housekeeping and attentiveness at reception, left a lot to be desired. With some improvements in guest care and cleanliness, this could be a fantastic place to stay."

"Had a great stay. The breakfast was tasty and had a lot of variety. Parking was a breeze. We enjoyed the pool and the proximity of the hotel to local attractions. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen area was conducive to our needs. The only downsides were an air conditioner that made a dripping noise while running, and carpeting that is due for an upgrade. "

"The room had a full size fridge with an ice/water dispenser...so no need to buy bottled water...bedding was high thread count..great quality...included breakfast had all the basics covered ...eggs,fresh fruit,etc,etc. Good value gor money,especially if u have little kids. Nice sized swimming pool"

"Absolutely gorgeous! The only issues we experienced were 1) no bedding provided for the pull out couch and 2) the soap dispenser in the shower was empty, which made for a cold dash across the bathroom so I could grab the hand soap for washing up. Both issues were remedied by the hotel. "

"The staff, pool, bar and restaurant were amazing! It was refreshing to see customer service again and loved the live music in the bar/restaurant. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend "
