"Leider ist die Unterkunft unauffinbar wir standen in der Pampa vor einem geschlossenen Eisentor. Der Garten sah verwahrlost aus und Haus haben wir keines gesehen. So sind wir wieder abgefahren, da wir auch keine Telefonnummer gefunden haben. Schade ums Geld."

I explained that I had already paid weeks in advance and as no one spoke anything other than Italian tried to explain over Google Translate. I was then shown a hand drawn sheet and I was told they didnt have ny reservation and all rooms were booked. I got no notice from the owner what so ever, all he had to say was that I should contact Expedia (Hotels.com) I was left stranded in...

"Michele was very responsive & welcoming from the time I booked the accommodation. He sent a few links to places to see in Carloforte plus the ferry timetable which were all very helpful. Our room was very quiet, clean with a comfortable bed. Although breakfast wasn’t included, there is a kitchen with utensils, etc that one can use for a take out meal. Would highly recommend staying here. "
