Basic clean and good location

Basic B&B. We had less than 10 minute contact with the owner who showed us our room gave us our keys and that was all. Our breakfast was waiting for us on the table when we’ve got up. Self serve coffee, yoghurt juice very adequate. Access to the back garden was an added bonus.

L'Abete is a lovely, quiet place. Manager Marco was superb, really a fine, nice person who make me feel welcome and who wanted to be as helpful as he could. I was without a car, and L'Abete is a quarter to a half mile away from the nearest good restaurants and sites. But it was a nice stay; and even better if you want some quiet rest time!

La struttura non era male. Colazione scarsa, nemmeno un succo o una bottiglia d'acqua sul tavolo. Una brioche a testa e un caffè. E la cosa più fastidiosa l'invadenza del proprietario sempre in mezzo alle scatole a controllare se prendevi qualcosa dal frigo anche se il frigo era vuoto. Inoltre disparità di trattamento tra clienti a breve e lungo soggiorno. Nel frigo in camera acqua di rubinetto a suo dire filtrata. Deludente mai più. Meglio spendere qualcosa in più e andare da un un'altro B&B.

Ottima ospitalità quella sarda: siamo stati trattati molto bene al ck in dal proprietario che ci ha spiegato bene come ottenere il meglio dal soggiorno. La mattina ci ha servito la colazione il figlio molto gentile, ospitale e disponibile anche lui a darci alcune dritte su cosa visitare nei dintorni. Pulizia eccellente, ospitalità ottima, per colazione croissant di pasticceria... slurp!!! Consigliatissimo.
