"We enjoyed the deep soaking bathtub. Very comfortable and clean. Beds were soft and had an abundance of pillows. The breakfast was fantastic. Good selection, and everything was delicious. Restaurant staff were courteous and attentive. Hotel staff were kind and polite. It felt safe in the hotel. A key card is required to use the elevators. We stayed in an accessible room. The only changes we would recommend would be to also have a microwave in the room in addition to the fridge (which was nice and cold), and that the bathroom could use both some wall hooks and maybe a little table for toiletries. If you’re sensitive to sound, be aware that you do hear city noises, including sirens, and some noise from other rooms. It didn’t bother us. Great location to access Moscone, Yerba Buena, and UCSF. Thanks again, Pickwick Hotel! We will be back!"

"I had an excellent experience during my stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. Check-in was fast and friendly—and of course, the warm cookie was a great touch! My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated how quiet the hotel was at night. The amenities were also impressive. The lobby and common areas were clean and stylish, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Every staff member I interacted with was professional, kind, and eager to help. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend the DoubleTree by Hilton to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a pleasant atmosphere."

"Everything was wonderful! We had a marina view and it was spectacular! Room was clean. Smelled clean. Great size. Bed was super comfy. The pool is very large and not freezing cold which is great. Hot tub is awesome and they have a sauna. Berkeley Boathouse is also delicious and staff are all so sweet! The staff in the entire hotel were all very friendly and warm. I can’t complain about anything!! We will absolutely stay here again. "
