"Very nice and easy to work with people at the desk. Customer service was very helpful. Room was clean and quiet upstairs where I was located at. There are some improvements that need to be done as far as cleanliness around the property area, especially with the homeless that like to hang around. It does make it a little unnerving, especially with all the vehicle theft going around. Other than that great stay and can’t wait to return."

"I had a great stay at the J Resort. My only complaint is I had to take a lukewarm shower one night. Other than that, everything was excellent! The surrounding area was walkable and scenic. I loved the Reno Riverwalk! "

"Everything was great except: Although the room was non-smoking, it reaked of cigarettes. The odor from the casino drifted the 100 yards to our room. We asked for housekeeping to deodorize it; but, they didn't have anything. We purchased a large can of Lysol, which we emptied during our 4 night stay to reduce the smell."

"Wonderful place to stay at any season. Walkable to shops and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They keep the beach area clean and have chairs everywhere for you to relax and enjoy the beautiful lake view at anytime of the day. They keep the swimming pool area very clean. This is my favorite place for a weekend getaway. I do miss the breakfast/coffee time from the club house/play area I don't think they offer that anymore. Great place to stay solo or with family. I'm glad...

"The door was hard to open and looked like the door had been kicked in at some point. The door jam was busted and did not give you that warm fuzzy safe feeling."
