「The facility primarily catered to families down on their luck who had vouchers of some kind, to get out of the weather a do their laundry. The laundry (only one) was on the ground floor, backed up with waiting mothers and kids the entire time I was there. There was no pool or fitness center. The hallways were filled with screeching kids running up and down.」

「This hotel was very different than what i have ever stayed in. The room was small and reminded me of a college dorm room yet modern. The layout of the room was not well thought out either.」

「The room was clean and the inn was very peaceful and quiet, but there were problems with the furniture and a weird smell when me and my family entered the room. The water in the shower was taking a long time to drain, the mirror was cracked, there were stains on the curtains, and pieces of the table were chipped off. Breakfast was also plain and they did not have many options to choose from. 」

「The Element is a great hotel for Reno. Their breakfast was amazing! The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The bar was fabulous as well. The hotel does a lot of little things for the guests which was appreciated such as a happy hour, water and coffee available anytime. The only draw back is the hotel is located on a busy street so it can be loud in the evening.」

「Overall, the stay was good. The room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff were friendly. Check-in and check-out were very smooth. The hotel's location is convenient. The only minor drawback is that parking costs extra. It would be ideal if free parking were available.」
