I had an issue with the air conditioner and someone came to my room to assist. I opted for the breakfast and it was good with lots of options. I would stay here again."

"Super easy check in, secure parking garage which is locked and can only be accessed by people staying at the hotel. Incredibly clean room. Not a speck of dust in sight. Hot powerful shower and comfortable beds. We enjoyed it so much we have changed our booking from a different hotel later this week, to this hotel again. Easy access into london, even for people like us who rarely leave Devon. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to other people and look forward to checking in again tomorrow! "
