「My wife and I stayed in the Balcony Queen. The check in/out process was very simple. The room was quaint and we were pretty comfortable. I liked the balcony space to relax and use as an extra space if I didn't want to stay inside. The bathroom could use with some modern touches but it had plenty of room. If you visit in the summer the rooms will be hot when you walk in but the AC works so you just have to let it run for a bit. 「Arrived at 1:30pm and was told I could check in early for a $25 fee! No thanks. Sat by the pool that was green. Pool towels were paper thin. Front desk staff was confrontational. Room king bed only had 3 hard pillows, no extra blankets in the room. Only two sets of towels .. toilet barely flushed and no hot water for shower. I was changing property due to a negative experience with another hotel. Sooooo disappointing because you cannot get a refund through Expedia.
