"It was no internet at all, literally at all. No matter how good anything else, no internet in modern time is absolutely unacceptable."

"One employee had a bad attitude and acted like we were bothering her every time we had a question.... It was hard to find cold water. There was hardly ever any ice water in the lobby and when it was out it was always empty. "

Location was excellent to the Promonade. This hotel could be 5 stars 🌟 with a bit of additional effort & adding some extras in the room and as location is fabulous and so is the building."

"No ventilation or AC working. It was turned off. However with sun exposure during the day it got very warm in the room. Listing indicated AC was available. Good location. Price point is a little high for this hotel. Elevator needs upgrade. Long wait times. Staff are very nice. "

"We rented a suite which was down road from the actual hotel. It was nice but not exceptional or memorable. It was clean and comfortable but a bit drab. I would certainly stay there again but it wouldn’t be my first choice. "
