「Lovely place,just outside Ambleside Clean and all.you need for your stay. Good choice for breakfast.」

「Warm welcome followed by friendlyness throughout our stay, very quaint house with lots of original features. Very close to carpark, and town but not noisy, we stayed in room 4 at the front. Breakfdt was delicious, room had everything we needed, power shower and comfy bed a bonus, highly recommended 」

「A small B&B but everything is done to perfection. My room had a lovely view of the mountain & church. The bed was comfy, everything was spotlessly cleaned. Breakfasts were always well-prepared and the best of what we had for our entire trip including our stay at much bigger hotels. We had a little problem finding the parking lot the first day. I walked in and checked with Giles how to circle back. Without asking, when we drove back, Giles had already hung out in the front waiting to help...

「We had an excellent 3 nights at Lyndale’s guest house. The host Allison answered all our questions about the village of Ambleside. Breakfast was generous. She gave us a parking pass free of charge to a lot that’s about 2 minutes away by walking. 10 minutes away (walking) from the center. Would definitely recommend !」
