"Property is walking distance to the beach (be aware you need to pay small fee to enter the beach). Hotel has really nice setting with beautiful pool and gardens, relaxing atmosphere. Room was neat but bit of mould on the walls and bathroom has a strong sewage odour. Ants are a problem in the room though. Reception area under renovations so a bit of construction noise. "The stay was okay. The room was not clean and the linen were dirty. I asked the staff (younger male and female) to change the sheets and pillow cases because they were dirty and they started to laugh as I walked away. "Excellent service from every single staff. Rooms is Segara is spacious and well maintained. There are so many dining options with different crusine and we love Luna rooftop bar. The only setback is there is construction going on in the property but noise is kept to a minimum level. "
