"Put us in the “closet” room which was tiny, no view and no sound proofing (could hear every sound in and outside). Beds were two singles pushed together which leant into the middle so couldn’t get comfortable sleep. Overpriced and overrated the manager even acknowledged low quality of room before we checked in and said they get complaints about that room almost every day but they continue to sell at the high room rate. "Was really excited about this stay and it was the most disappointing hotel we experienced after a month in NZ. The photos were deceptive. The rooms are small and basic, very basic amenities in room, the shower floods, the bed and pillows not comfortable. Forget about the restaurant for dinner unless you book well in advance- they take a deposit and if you're not in the 48 hour cancellation window you lose your deposit. Staff seemed inexperienced and not as helpful as they could have been. Construction next door changed the setting with noise and view. The breakfast was good. We took Ubers and taxis back and forth because if the distance from town. Overall I'd say don't be fooled by the photos because it's a basic hotel for the price. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Sudima Airport. The staff we all so friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely visit again. Big shout out to staff at the front desk, bar/dining and concierge very accommodating."
