「The caravan its self was ok. a little dated and obviously had dogs in there before we were there. However the communication with Linden Lodgings who look after the booking is shocking. I have been trying to get the damage deposit back from them for 11 days now with no communication back at all. The communication with Hazel has been awful from the point of booking. Not picking up the phone nor responding to emails」

「No communication whatsoever, we asked before and on the day, regarding taking our dog and check in procedures no response from the host, we were advised to travel and wait until 4pm on check in day and at 4pm our accommodation was cancelled and we were left with nowhere to stay other than a hotel 1 hour away, disgusted with this treatment 」

「Great location very easy, a quick walk to the beach, and has a nice cafe for breakfast, good food & reasonable price. Park has a supermarket the only downside was no internet or decent phone coverage and we were asked for £7 each to use the park bar it was not a great bar so declined, some nice bars other side of the park on the beach and village, also great pizza take away in village 」

「We enjoyed the location, but unfortunately the rooms where smaller than other caravans I have had holidays in. It was difficult to move around in the bedrooms. Some fixtures where not fixed properly and some of the blinds where dirty when we rolled them down.The Kitchen / living room areas where clean and had everything you needed for your stay. Smaller rooms cant be help. I should have took more notice of the pictures so even though it sounds like a negative its not the owners fault. I think i...
