「Lovely little house,location fantastic. Everything you needed was supplied, books games even dishwasher tablets and cleaning equipment. Just needs a little TLC. Small negative, we didnt realise the property was over four floors until we got our final confirmation. This caused a slight problem as we had my eighty year old mother with us. All in all a great little getaway and would definitely book the house again.」

「Fantastic stay at the Boathouse, with such an amazing prime balcony location overlooking he estuary enabling us to enjoy the views morning and evening - when the weather allowed! The house was very clean and well looked after. One minor thing to be aware of is, being next to the Crabshell Inn, the early morning supply delivery and bin collection lorry reversing warnings as they backed up right outside the downstairs bedroom, which cant be helped, other than that a very enjoyable stay.」
