「Great staff」

「Room was very clean and Comfortable. Amber was very friendly and professional on the phone when I called for a question. Pat was great when we checked in. I asked Pat for a great place to eat local and she asked me if I wanted a sitdown restaurant and I said yes. She recommended Jacs in Kalamazoo about 4 miles up the road. Jacs did not disappoint. Great suggestion. We do ask often on places to eat when we travel, and most are great recommendations. The only negative thing I would say is...

「My only 2 gripes are, you can’t just walk in. It was nice that they didn’t leave you out in the cold and rain but to get all the way in, so as to “check in”, you had to grt someone’s attention. I am sure that this is meant for security but it was a bit of a shock seeing that I was unaware before arriving. The second gripe is that the person “booking” the room has to be present for the check in. This is very inconvenient. I drove there through crappy weather because the attendant had to “see”...
