「Had to change rooms when we got there and the staff was extremely helpful and quick. Rooms are actually really spacious and organized. Beds and pillows are really comfy. Showers have good pressure and heat. Lights and AC work great and all the accessories were easy to use and in great working order. Will definitely stay here again!」

「The room did not remotely resemble any of the pictures on Expedia. The bathroom didn’t have any counter space. The water in the shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold, no in between. I almost hurt myself getting out of the shower because of the step down. The mini fridge and microwave were an afterthought stacked on top of each other against the wall. All the floors were grimy. The elevator was rickety. It wasn’t a cheap room. Unacceptable. If we needed more than one night I would have...

「The staff were excellent. The place was clean. I was disappointed in the continental breakfast. My family went there around 9:15 AM and it closes at 11 and there was barely any hot food left. It might’ve just been bad timing. Also, the coffee was not maintained so it was empty. All of the staff were absolutely awesome however and very helpful! I would definitely stay here again.」
