Hotel is across the street from a busy set of train tracks. There are no crossings, so no horns, just engine rumblings. It is convenient to the main freeways, but enough removed that I didn’t hear traffic noise. Building shows wear and tear from use in areas. The hide-a-bed couch was not very comfortable, but the mattress on the bed was good. Breakfast was standard buffet-biscuits/gravy, eggs, toast, juices, cereal, waffles. I gave a five star rating because the service was excellent. We had some car trouble and they were gracious to let us stay a few minutes after check-out while we were waiting for our car to come back from a repair. They were just kind people.
