「We stayed in the suite and were extremely pleased with our accommodations! Everything was spacious, well stocked, and clean. And if you’re into rock ‘n’ roll history, the suite is like a mini museum with tons of interesting picture/posters – just asked Bill and he’ll give you some great stories! The guest house is just a few minutes walk from town, so very convenient. We highly recommend!」

「The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and well stocked. The food in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast was very good. We enjoyed our stay even though it was brief.」

「Loved location, staff, super clean. Only complaint was the walls are paper thin, very loud from side to side and below. We had loud neighbors on top of it, we mentioned the noise at check out and they comp’d our valet parking. Oh and the paid parking should have been mentioned on the booking site. The parking is a Burlington problem most hotels are the same in the downtown area.」

「I liked the convenience of location. It was close to dinner cruise and bike trail. The hotel had a place right out front to lock our e-bikes. They give you discounted $10 off at the in hotel breakfast place but was over $60 for two even with discount. The Skiff was convenient for a drink before going to room. The service as far as needing something was not the best. I took a shower and realized they offer soap in a container on the wall but it was empty. Called to ask for some they never...

「The room is clean and the position is quite good for Costco and Starbucks are quite near. But the basin in the bathroom is really small, besides, water in the pool is not very clean. 」

「This place is an absolute dump. Perhaps the dirtiest windows I’ve ever seen. Stains in bedding. Food from someone else’s previous stay in the microwave. Abandoned cars in the parking lot. Nasty bathroom. Looks like it hasn’t been renovated or maintained since the 1990s.」
