「住宿地點處在鬧區的巷子內，人煙較少但還算方便，入住時要走到另一個巷子去找櫃台，不太方便。房間很大很精美非常棒的空間!但入住時須支付200英鎊的訂金，不知道何時會退還，這點令我有點擔憂。其他方面都很完美。」

「座建築物本身比較殘舊，但屋內廚房及浴室設備齊全新淨，所需用品都有提供，入住四晚整體感覺舒適方便。」

「The environment is comfortable and quiet, with clean and tidy bedding. The setting is pleasant, and cooking utensils are fully equipped. There are various types of shopping venues near the hotel. This is the second visit, and it’s just as good as the first time. Customer service is quick to respond, with excellent efficiency.」

「AVOID!!!!! No one nor any info available at check-in. Hosts supplied email address & mobile number weren’t in service/operational. Hotels.com agents, the hosts management company, Travelnest had the same issue, hence their vetting & monitoring processes are very questionable. Extremely distressing & frustrating experience. Wouldn’t wish the above ‘experience’ on anyone else, AVOID!!!」

「I was a little concerned that check in info, including teh address, was to be provided only 3 hours before check-in time, but in the event it all worked out fine. The apartment is not fancy, but comfortable, spacious, clean and well equipped.」
