"The hotel was clean from the parking lot to the rooms. The staff was awesome. I had to wait on information on my sister's vehicle and they kindly paused the transaction so I could take care of that. The lobby security later in the evening was also very personable and friendly. The rooms were pretty standard, beds and pillows were comfy, and the provided toiletries were terrific (makes it so much easier not to have to pack those things when traveling!). The view of the bay was also quite lovely. I highly recommend this location."

"Hotel has a beautiful view of the harbor and is well located - very easy to walk to dining and downtown. Room and hotel overall were clean and felt luxurious. Coach bed was comfortable as well. Loved having a door between the bedroom and living area! Overall great experience."

"I wish I wrote his name down, but the person at the front desk when I arrived was so beyond kind, thoughtful, and accommodating. My reservation did not come through. Since it was through a travel app, he offered ways that I could resolve it. He came by to ask if I wanted a glass of water as I worked through it. Above and beyond while working with other customers that had arrived."

"Hotel was and room were clean. The heat/ac on room worked well. It was quiet in our room even with all the holiday traffic. The staff were very friendly. The buffet breakfast was fresh and we enjoyed the options. The staff in restaurant were all very friendly as well. Be prepared to pay for parking per night of stay. It was a very pleasant stay and would probably book again."
