「Clean room, friendly staff. Their office has extra beach supplies which came in handy as well. Close to some family friendly beaches, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Would highly recommend! We have stayed here before and it's our favorite place in Chatham」

「Whilst this hotel was extremely clean, spacious and had a brilliant pool and beach area it is extremely dated. The hallway smelt, the decor is dark brown and awful pine furniture. There was no safe in the bedrooms which as a non US traveller is a must. Only 2 towels were provided for 3 people, no bathroom mat and no hand towel. The air con whilst worked was loud and cumbersome. Breakfast had no fresh fruit and every thing had to be put into a single use bowl, plate, you name it.」
