Customer service was exceptional to say the least. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful and the whole experience was just breathtaking.

Our room was clean and comfortable. No frills, basic, good value. Oldish feel to the place. Basic “continental breakfast” available in the morning with coffee and tea available anytime. The only negative for us was street noise. Some renovations/repairs were in progress, but this did not cause us any problem.

Terrible bed
Worst thing about the room was the bed. Mattress is too hard and the pillows are a joke. I had to go out and buy pillows. Hotel is quite old and could use some upgrades but it’s not dirty. Employees were are also friendly.
