"The hotel is ok, not bad, certainly better than other hotels in locale. Beach and pool area are generally nice. Specialist restaurants are ok but main buffet restaurant was not. Room service waits were lengthy even for drinks. It was peak season and the staff were stretched but in most cases they were still nice/helpful. Have stayed here previously but that reflects the quality of the alternatives."
"Our stay at the hotel was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were wonderful and kind, and the beach was beautiful. We loved our holiday so much that we decided to buy new return tickets and extended our original 11-night stay by another 4 nights. That says it all!"
"Dirty room all around.Bed sheets were never replaced.You have to beg to get towels & toilet tissue replenished!
Huge potential for the beach & it’s decent atm.
Food served at the restaurant are always from previous meal & recycled.
The worst is cleanliness & hygiene .Cockroach & flies are everywhere.
No one is prepared to help or do their job as per description!"
