「Not a 5-star experience – very disappointing stay I stayed at Pickalbatros White Beach Resort Taghazout with my partner from 2nd–5th April 2026, and the experience was very disappointing. The room and bathroom were poorly cleaned, with visible hygiene issues including hair strands left behind. The room itself was in a dilapidated condition and nowhere near 5-star standards. There were also serious safety concerns. Some lights produced a burning smell when switched on, suggesting faulty wiring...

Service is slow, inconsistent, and often inattentive, with management appearing overly focused on delegation rather than actively supporting operations. A more hands-on leadership approach is clearly needed.
