They were really helpful when trying to liase with tours or taxi drivers and to get sellers to leave us be! Fab location, the view of rhe pyramids was insane! I didnt expect them to be right there but they really were :) We didn't eat at the hotel - so cannot comment on that , loads of places near by for food. Thank you again! :) "

"We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The staff were exceptional and they accommodated all our needs. They treat us family there. Also if you need to book your tour go directly with them and they will accommodate all your tours. The room is clean and we have the whole balcony to ourselves. The view is excellent!!!! You can’t beat the view from this hotel. The entrance to the pyramids is right across. Breakfast was awesome, the food is fresh and they will actually cook it for you. Me and my family will definitely be going back again. "

"This hotel was amazing! I am a female solo traveller from the UK and I was made to feel so welcome by all the staff here! They messaged me before my stay and helped me to book excursions before I came and I just had to pay when I arrived making it super easy to plan my whole trip! The room was clean and had everything I needed! The food and drinks in the rooftop restaurant were so tasty and the view of the pyramids was incredible! I already can’t wait to return to Egypt and stay at this hotel again in the future!"

"I had a problem with check in that was an Expedia issue .. however the mena house front desk staff went above and beyond to assist us and make us beyond comfortable .. we had connecting rooms with pyramid view .. the best view you could wish for .. this place is it .. the hotel grounds and everything was behind nice .. the was helpful in every way .. the best Egypt stay I have ever experienced .. I would return there in a heartbeat.. they front desk staff rescued my vacation. "
